§ 103-22. Areas exempt.

(a)

This chapter applies to all private and public land within the town's corporate limits and extraterritorial jurisdiction that lies seaward of the dune protection line and the beachfront construction line, except state or national parks, wildlife refuges, preserves, or similar state or federal areas.

(b)

Other than state or national parks, wildlife refuges, preserves, and similar areas, this chapter applies to land owned by state agencies, subject to the provisions of V.T.C.A., Natural Resources Code § 31.161 et seq.
