§ 4-7. Combat between animals and humans; rules of sanitation for premises where animals are kept.

(a)

No animal shall be permitted to engage in any combat between animals and humans.

(b)

The premises or place in which any animal is kept or harbored in the municipality shall be at all times maintained in a clean and sanitary manner by the owner thereof.
